TextBroker is a platform that I recently ran into that claims to pay you for simply writing articles.
Are you wondering if you could really earn money here?
Maybe you’re wondering if this program is another scam out to waste your time?
Whatever the case may be, I will be giving you all the information you need to know before you jump head first into the program.
So without further ado, lets get things started here!
Price: Free To Join
Description: Within this TextBroker review, I’ll be letting you know how the whole program works, and if you could really earn good money writing for the platform.
TextBroker Rating: 2.5/5 Stars
What Is TextBroker?
TextBroker is a platform that you’re able to use to earn extra money for simply typing out blogs/articles from many different topics to choose from.
If you’re a person looking to earn some extra money online, this might be the program for you to look into, but before you sign up, I’ll let you know if it’s worth the time or not.
You could also use this platform to purchase articles or content if you need some help getting information out.
Just to throw it out there, the program was created back in 2008 with its headquarters in New York and Las Vegas, USA, just in case you wanted to know where the company started out.
The Sign Up Process
If you wanted to join TextBroker, it’s free to join, but there is a wait period if you want to start publishing your content and actually get paid for it.
The way it works, is you write out a sample article/blog based on a list of topics the company gives you, and from there you have to wait about 2 weeks for the company to rate your work between a scale of 1-5 before you could actually work for them.
Pretty much if you get a rating of 1, which is pretty hard to get, you will not be able to work for the company.
Now when you get your rating back and it’s positive, all you would need to do is complete your author profile then you could start writing for some real cash.
As of right now, only U.S. Citizens are able to work for the company, and you would have to send in a valid ID proving that you are a U.S. Citizen, which is a complete bummer for those who are located outside of the U.S.
Pretty easy sign up process in my book, minus the whole wait for two weeks for your work to be evaluated.
What You’ll Be Doing To Earn Money
As stated earlier, you’ll be writing articles for clients out there who are looking for help, and in return you get paid for each word you type.
If you’re at Level 2, you could earn 0.7 cents per word you type, at Level 3 you earn $0.01 cent per word, Level 4 you earn 1.4 cents for each word, and at Level 5 you could earn $0.05 per word.
So if you work hard and become that Level 5 writer, you could earn something pretty decent for your work, but if you stay at a Level 2 writer, you’ll just be earning pocket change.
Do You Need Experience Before Signing Up?
To be completely honest, you don’t need too much writing experience to work for the company, but I would recommend you have some type of experience if you really want to earn something decent here.
Eventually if you do write for the company daily, you’re writing will of course improve overtime.
So overall, you do not need to have too much experience to join.
How And When Do You Get Paid?
The company does make payments through PayPal, but you will have to have a minimum of $10 in your account.
There is no payout threshold that you would have to meet, but again, if you want your payment through a secured network, then you would have to have that $10 in your account.
As for when the company pays out, they pay at the beginning of every business week.
Could You Really Make Money With This Program?
In my opinion, you would have to put in a lot of late nights and labor to make something decent with this platform.
If you are at the bottom level of the program, you will not make anything worth your time.
I’m a guy who doesn’t have a lot of time to waste, so you will not see me using this platform to try and earn money online.
I would rather start my own online business and make endless amounts.
TextBroker Pros vs Cons
- You could earn money using the program.
- Makes payments frequently.
- Not too hard to get ranked in the program.
- The money you make here isn’t anything worth the time.
- It takes time to get ranked.
- Not recommended if you cherish your time.
Is TextBroker A Scam Or Legit?
TextBroker is not a scam whatsoever, it’s just not a program I would recommend if you are really trying to make some real money online!
If you don’t mind making chump change in your spare time, then this program could help you put some spare change in your pocket.
Overall, this program is legit, but not recommended!
My Final Advice For You
If you are trying to make some decent money online, you will not make it using TextBroker.
There are other freelance companies out there like Fiverr that could pay you for writing articles that is way more than what you will get with TextBroker.
Or if you like making spare change, I would rather prefer doing it with PaidViewpoint.
Now if you were to ask me what I really recommend using to earn a residual income online, I would tell you Wealthy Affiliate.
Because Wealthy Affiliate will give you all the tools and training you will ever need to start up your own online business and start earning money from it.
And to top it off, it’s free to get started!
Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this TextBroker review and found all the information you were in search of.
